Ingredients (8)

1 cup fresh chillies — 573
1/2 cup vinegar — apple cider
1/2 cup dates — honey soaked
1 mustard — powder
1 cup macadamia nuts — or cashew nuts
1 cup water
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp salt

Method:

Mix the water and mustard powder and leave for 10 minutes to allow the strength of the mustard to come out.

Add everything else and blend on high until smooth. Hand mix, using nut butter instead instead of the nuts if need be.

Best stored in a jar with a wide top for easy stirring.
