Ingredients (5)

175.00 g butter
75.00 ml Goldcrest Pure Honey
SYRUP
350.00 g muesli
50.00 g hazelnuts — chopped
125.00 g pumpkin seeds

Method:

Place the butter, honey and syrup in a saucepan and heat until butter has melted.
Stir in the muesli, hazelnuts and pumpkin seeds. Spoon into a greased 18 x 27 cm baking tray and press down.
Bake in preheated 180 °C oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Leave to cool for 5 minutes, then cut into bars. Gently remove from the tin when cold.
