Honey muesli bars

Ingredients

  • 175
    g
    butter
  • 75
    ml
    honey
  • 45
    ml
    syrup
  • 350
    g
    muesli
  • 50
    g
    chopped hazelnuts
  • 125
    g
    pumpkin seeds
 

Method

25 minutes
 
Place the butter, honey and syrup in a saucepan and heat until butter has melted. Stir in the muesli, hazelnuts and pumpkin seeds. Spoon into a greased 18 x 27 cm baking tray and press down. Bake in preheated 180 °C oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Leave to cool for 5 minutes, then cut into bars. Gently remove from the tin when cold.
