Method

 
Honey often crystallises when it gets too cold. Remove the lid of the jar and heat on HIGH for 30 seconds, depending on quantity. Stir until it becomes smooth. Repeat if necessary. (For a jam glaze - heat a small amount of jam in a bowl on high for 30 seconds.)
