1. Preheat the oven. Heat the honey, butter and brown sugar in a saucepan over a low heat until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from the heat and add the flour until the mixture is smooth.
2. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a greased baking tray covered with greased baking paper and flatten them slightly with the back of a spoon. Bake for about 5 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container.
