Ingredients (8)

9.00 chicken breast fillets — skinned, deboned, cubed
16.00 button mushrooms
fresh coriander — to serve
MARINADE
2.00 lemon — juice only
30.00 ml wholegrain mustard
45.00 ml honey
15.00 ml mustard — powder
30.00 ml fresh coriander — chopped

Method:

MARINADE: Mix all ingredients well. Thread cubed chicken and mushrooms on the skewers (see tips). Brush kebabs liberally with marinade.
Preheat grill. Grill kebabs for 4 minutes. Baste, turn and grill for a further 4 minutes. Repeat process, grilling for a further 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove from oven, brush with remaining sauce and serve.
