Honey and mustard chicken wings

  • salt and ground black pepper

    butter
  • 125
    ml
    honey
  • 50
    ml
    prepared mustard
  • 5
    ml
    curry powder
  • 50
    ml
    sesame seeds, lightly toasted
 

Method

 
Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Place the chicken wings on an oven rack inside an oven dish and season with salt and pepper. Roast for 15 minutes. Meanwhile mix the butter, honey, mustard and curry powder in a saucepan and heat until well blended. Brush the chicken wings with the mixture and roast until brown, tender and cooked, about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
