Honey and lemon sauce for ice cream

Ingredients

  • juice and grated rind of 2 lemons
  • 180
    ml
    honey
 

Method

 
Mix the lemon juice and rind with the honey and bring to the boil. Simmer slowly for 5 minutes and cool. Store in an airtight container in the fridge until needed. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
