Melt the butter and honey in a small saucepan over low heat. Place the sugar, flour, vanilla and egg whites in a mixing bowl, add the butter mixture and beat until the mixture is smooth.
Spoon 2 teaspoonfuls of the mixture onto a prepared baking sheet, spreading it thinly to form an 8 cm circle. Sprinkle with the nuts and chocolate.
Repeat with the remaining mixture and bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
