600.00 ml skimmed milk — long life
210.00 ml milk — powder, skim
15.00 ml live yoghurt

Method:

Heat the milk until it is tepid. Do not overheat the milk, as this will kill the yoghurt culture.
Add the skimmed milk powder and yoghurt and whisk the mixture until well blended.
Warm a glass bowl with boiling water, then pour in the yoghurt mixture.
Cover with foil to keep in the warmth, wrap in a towel and place in a nice warm spot. Leave undisturbed for six to eight hours or until set.
Once the yoghurt has set, put it in the fridge where it will thicken nicely.
Always save a tablespoon of the yoghurt to make your next batch; the yoghurt gets thicker and better each time you make it.
