    rolled oats
  • 125
    ml
    wheatgerm
  • 125
    ml
    digestive bran
  • 125
    ml
    desiccated coconut
  • 200
    ml
    honey
  • 125
    ml
    roasted peanuts
  • 80
    ml
    seedless raisins
  • 50
    ml
    dried apricots, chopped
  • 40
    ml
    sunflower seeds
 

Method

40 minutes
 
Combine oats, wheatgerm, bran and coconut. Spread onto two baking sheets. Bake in preheated 140 °C oven for 20 minutes, stirring once. Heat honey and pour over oat mixture. Stir to coat. Return to the oven and bake for a further 20 to 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Stir in nuts and raisins, apricots and sunflower seeds. Cool and store in an airtight container.
