    butter
  • 125
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 250
    ml
    sugar
  • 2
    free range eggs
 

Method

 
Place all ingredients in a bowl over a saucepan with simmering water.
Stir until the mixture thickens.
Cool and keep in the refrigerator.
