Ingredients

    g
    gelatine
  • 520
    ml
    sugar
  • 150
    ml
    fruit cool drink concentrate
  • 2
    ml
    tartaric acid
  • about 200ml sugar, for sprinkling
 

Method

 
To make different coloured and flavoured layers, divide the ingredients in half and make two layers using two different flavours of fruit juice concentrate. We used guava and litchi fruit cool drink concentrate. Leave the first layer to set, then prepare the second layer. Pour the second layer over the first layer and leave to set.
