    olyfolie

    ml
    vars suurlemoensap

Method

 
Week 4 houtstokkies in water, sny 4 hoenderfilette in blokkies en plaas dit in 'n mengbak. Marineer hoenderblokkies met 50 ml olyfolie, 40 ml suurlemoensap, sout en varsgemaalde swartpeper en laat staan. Sny intussen 3 murgpampoentjies in dun skywe, skil 'n botterskorsie en sny baie dun skywe (in die lengte), plaas al die groente op 'n bakplaat, bedruip met olyfolie en rooster tot goudbruin onder element. Ryg hoenderblokkies, murgpampoenskywe en botterskorsieskywe op 'n houtstokkie en rooster oor kole of in 'n braaipan tot gaar. Sit voor met 'n groen slaai.
