Herbed yoghurt mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • 250
    ml
    mayonnaise
  • 125
    ml
    Bulgarian yoghurt
  • salt and pepper
  • 30
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 20
    ml
    finely chopped fresh herbs (parsley, dill, chives)
 

Method

 
Mix all ingredients together, chill and refrigerate until needed. Serve with terrine of Cape whiting (see recipe).
