Ingredients (2)

olive oil — extra virgin
fresh mixed herbs — chives, chervil, basil or tarragon

Method:

1. Warm the extra-virgin olive oil in a pan.
2. Snip the herb or herbs into a sprig. Add to the oil.
3. Cool oil and strain.
4. Rebottle with a sprig of fresh herbs.
