Ingredients

  • extra-virgin olive oil
  • a sprig of fresh herbs such as chives, chervil, basil or tarragon
 

Method

 
1. Warm the extra-virgin olive oil in a pan. 2. Snip the herb or herbs into a sprig. Add to the oil. 3. Cool oil and strain. 4. Rebottle with a sprig of fresh herbs.
