Salad Blend the oil, tomato sauce, lemon juice, herbs, salt and pepper. Use ½ the herb mixture to brush 1 side of each chicken breast. Grill the breasts, herbed side up, until browned. Turn the chicken pieces, brush with the remaining herb mixture and grill until done. Leave to cool. Cut the chicken into pieces. Tear the radicchio and lettuce leaves into smaller pieces and drizzle with half the dressing. Add the chicken and drizzle with the remaining dressing.
