    ml
    fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, basil, origanum), chopped
  • 1
    clove garlic, chopped
  • 25
    ml
    salad or olive oil
  • 10
    ml
    wine vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper
 

Method

 
Blend the herbs, garlic, oil and wine vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Serve with polenta and chicken breasts with cheese and basil (see recipes).
