    mixed herbs
  • 125
    ml
    olive oil
  • 1
    kg
    prepared bread dough
  • 250
    ml
    mixed herbs
  • 125
    ml
    olive oil
  • 1
    kg
    prepared bread dough
 

Method

 
Mix the herbs with the olive oil.
Roll our the prepared bread dough, spread the herb mixture on top and roll into a spiral.
Place on a greased baking sheet.
Leave to rise in a warm place until double in volume.
Bake at 190 °C until done.
Make 1 large loaf.
