    butter
  • 8
    jumbo eggs
  • 30
    ml
    water
  • 3
    ml
    each parsley and thyme
  • 10
    ml
    chopped fresh chives
  • 1
    ml
    marjoram
 

Method

 
1. Melt the butter in a frying pan. 2. Beat the eggs, add 25 to 30 ml water and the herbs. 3. Pour into pan and cook slowly, loosening edges to allow raw egg to run under cooked egg. Fold over and turn out on to a warmed plate.
