Ingredients (9)

250.00 g butter — soft
250.00 ml mayonnaise
1.00 red pepper — finely chopped
45.00 ml wine — white
30.00 ml fresh parsley — chopped
1.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
5.00 ml fresh sage — finely chopped
5.00 ml fresh rosemary — finely chopped
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Place the butter in a bowl and mix with the remaining ingredients until well blended. Spoon onto the centre of a sheet of wax paper, roll up and chill until hard.
Slice to serve on grilled fish.
