    soft butter
  • 250
    ml
    mayonnaise
  • 1
    red pepper, finely chopped
  • 45
    ml
    white wine
  • 30
    ml
    chopped fresh parsley
  • 1
    garlic clove, crushed
  • 5
    ml
    finely chopped fresh sage
  • 5
    ml
    finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
 

Method

 
Place the butter in a bowl and mix with the remaining ingredients until well blended. Spoon onto the centre of a sheet of wax paper, roll up and chill until hard. Slice to serve on grilled fish.
