    soft butter
  • 250
    ml
    mayonnaise
  • 0.50
    red pepper, finely chopped
  • 45
    ml
    white wine
  • 30
    ml
    chopped parsley
  • 1
    clove garlic, crushed
  • 1
    ml
    chopped fresh rosemary
 

Method

 
Mix all ingredients and then chill in the refrigerator until firm.
Form into a long roll and freeze.
When needed, cut off slices.
