    mini Swiss rolls, sliced
  • 325

    Nestlé condensed milk
  • 50
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 250
    g
    creamed cottage cheese
  • 410
    g
    guavas, drained and roughly chopped
  • 250
    ml
    vanilla custard
  • 250
    ml
    cream, chilled and whipped
  • DECORATION
  • few sprigs of fresh mint
 

Method

 
1. Arrange mini Swiss roll slices around sides and base of dessert bowl. 2. In another bowl, mix the condensed milk, lemon juice and cottage cheese together and pour into the cake-lined bowl. 3. Spoon on the guavas, and then a layer of the custard. 4. Top the dessert with the whipped cream. 5. Decorate with fresh mint and any spare guava slices.
