Method

 
Preheat oven to 160 ºC. Lightly coat a baking tray with cooking spray. In a medium-sized bowl, combine oats, cookie crumbs, flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Beat together cream cheese and butter until smooth, using an electric beater on low speed. Add sugar, then egg whites and vanilla, and beat until blended. Add oat mixture to the cream cheese mixture and beat until blended. Stir in chocolate chips, apricots and almonds. Spoon into prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until golden. When completely cool, cut into 16 bars.
