Health sandwich

  • handful sunflower seeds
  • oil
  • soy sauce
  • 2
    slices wholewheat bread
  • few lettuce leaves
  • few thin slices cucumber and tomato
  • scoop of crumbly cottage cheese
  • few orange segments
  • paper-thin slices apple
  • few bean sprouts


Fry the sunflower seeds in a little oil until lightly browned. Add about 5 ml (1 t) soy sauce and heat until most of the sauce has evaporated. Place wholewheat bread on a plate and arrange all the ingredients on top Sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
