Hazelnut gooey brownies

Ingredients

  • 375
    g
    semi-sweet chocolate
  • 250
    g
    butter
  • 200
    g
    sugar
  • 4
    large eggs
  • pinch
    salt
  • 105
    g
    flour
  • 10
    ml
    vanilla
  • 120
    g
    chopped hazelnuts
  • 300
    g
    semi- sweet chocolate, melted
 

Method

30 mins
 
Melt the butter and chocolate in a double boiler.

Set aside.

Beat the eggs and sugar until light and creamy.

Stir in the salt, flour and vanilla essence.

Add the chocolate butter mixture and stir in the nuts.

Spread the batter into a prepared pan and bake for about 30 minutes until the centre is still soft and moist.

Try to allow this to cool.

Its pretty tempting.
 
When cool, spread the melted chocolate over it and practice a healthy dose of self control.
