Hazelnut butter

  • 80
    g
    butter
  • 50
    g
    hazelnuts, chopped
  • 1
    lemon, rind
 

Method

 
Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and heat over low heat until the butter has melted. Pour over vegetables of your choice or serve with Stuffed gem squashes (see recipe).
