    brown rice, cooked

    braai spice
  • 1
    celery stalk, chopped
  • 1
    red pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1
    green pepper, seeded and diced
  • 100

    whole-kernel sweetcorn
  • 30
    ml
    seedless raisins
  • 1
    small onion, chopped
  • 25
    ml
    chopped parsley
  • 2
    ml
    cayenne pepper
  • 1
    ml
    black pepper
  • 3
    ml
    salt
  • DRESSING
  • 50
    ml
    honey
  • 5
    ml
    medium mustard
  • 40
    ml
    lemon juice
 

Method

 
Mix all the salad ingredients. Blend the salad dressing ingredients and pour over the salad. Mix gently and transfer to a salad bowl. Chill until just before serving and serve with the pork pot roast and mango sauce.
