Ham, piquanté peppers and emmentaler cheese with wholegrain mustard

    Wholegrain Mustard Dressing: olive oil
  • 30
    ml
    white wine vinegar
  • 10
    ml
    wholegrain mustard
  • 5
    ml
    salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 10
    ml
    chopped chives
  • 4
    Filling: large slices smoked ham
  • 150
    g
    Emmentaler cheese, thinly sliced
  • 8
    piquanté peppers, quartered
  • 1
    handful
    fresh rocket leaves
  • 4
    rotis
 

Method

 
Dressing Put all the dressing ingredients in a screw-top jar and shake.

Filling Layer the ham, cheese, peppers and rocket on the rotis and drizzle with a little of the mustard dressing. Roll up firmly and serve.
