Ingredients (10)

250.00 g ham — diced
125.00 ml prunes — pitted, finely chopped
250.00 ml cheddar cheese — grated
1.00 onion — grated
15.00 ml fresh parsley — chopped
3.00 eggs — whisked
250.00 ml milk
15.00 ml flour — cake, with milk
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
2.00 ml mustard — powder

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC. Spray a 24 x 24 cm ovenproof dish with non-stick spray.
Mix all the ingredients together and turn into the prepared dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until done and set.
Serves 4.
