Ham and prune tart

    ham, diced
  • 125
    ml
    stoned prunes, finely chopped
  • 250
    ml
    Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1
    onion, grated
  • 15
    ml
    chopped fresh parsley
  • 3
    eggs, whisked
  • 250
    ml
    milk
  • 15
    ml
    cake flour, mixed to a paste with a little milk
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2
    ml
    (generous 0.5 t) mustard powder
 

Method

40-45 min
 
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC. Spray a 24 x 24 cm ovenproof dish with non-stick spray. Mix all the ingredients together and turn into the prepared dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until done and set. Serves 4.
