Haddock with cheese

  • salt and black pepper to taste

    grated Cheddar cheese

    milk
 

Method

 
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF). Grease an oven pan and sprinkle cake flour in the bottom. Place the haddock fillets in the pan and pour over the lemon juice. Sprinkle with dill and season to taste with salt and black pepper. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and pour the milk over the fish. Bake for about 30 minutes or till the fish is done. Serves 4-6.
