    haddock, cooked, skinned and boned

    hard-boiled eggs, coarsely chopped

    freshly chopped parsley

    small onion, chopped

    sultanas
  • 25
    ml
    chopped toasted peanuts
 

Method

Melt the butter in a large shallow pan. Add all the remaining ingredients and stir over a medium heat for about 10 minutes, until steaming hot. Serves: 4 Preparation time: 15 minutes Cooking time: ± 10 minutes .
