    cayenne pepper

  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 420

    cream-style sweetcorn
  • 150

    Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2
    extra-large eggs
  • 125
    ml
    milk
 

Method

 
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF). Poach and flake fish. Prepare instant mashed potato according to instructions on the pack. Mix with fish, onion and tomato. Season with seasonings. Add sweetcorn and 100 g cheese. Mix. Spoon into an ovenproof dish. Beat eggs and milk together. Pour over mixture and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 45 minutes.
