    ripe guavas, peeled, deseeded and diced
  • 1
    large ripe tomato, peeled, deseeded and diced
  • 1
    bunch
    spring onions, sliced
  • 30-45
    ml
    fresh coriander, chopped
  • 2
    green chillies (optional), deseeded, finely chopped
  • 125
    ml
    olive oil
  • 30
    ml
    lemon juice
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 5
    ml
    sugar
 

Method

 
Prepare the salsa:
Mix all the ingredients together.

This salsa is delicious with fish. Garnish with coriander leaves to taste.
