Ingredients

  • 500
    g
    fresh guavas, peeled
  • 75
    g
    sugar
  • 125
    ml
    ready made custard
  • 125
    ml
    cream
 

Method

 
Boil the guavas in a little water with the sugar until very soft. Drain, mash and sieve. Fold in the custard and cream. Pour into individual bowls or glasses and decorate. Makes 4.
