Ingredients (3)

225.00 g gruyère cheese
12.00 bacon — smoked streaky rashers
24.00 mango — mango chutney

Method:

1. Cut the cheese into 24 rectangles.
2. Wrap each rectangle of cheese in half a rasher of bacon with a pierce of mango.
3. Pack into a container, interleaving with freezer film. Freeze. Use within 2 months.
TO SERVE: Grill from frozen until the bacon is crispy and the cheese is just beginning to melt.
