Grilled salmon with potatoes

    salmon cutlets
  • melted butter
  • salt and milled black pepper
  • 1
    packet instant garlic & parsley sauce mix
  • 400
    baby potatoes, boiled and tossed in chopped fresh dill and butter


Set grill on high. Place salmon cutlets on a buttered baking sheet, brush with melted butter and season. Grill for 20 minutes, or until flesh can be pulled away from the bone. Prepare sauce according to packet instructions. Pour over salmon and potatoes. Serve with a salad made from sliced tomatoes, sliced red onion, blanched green beans and a dressing of your choice.
