Grilled salmon with baby potatoes

Ingredients (5)

4.00 salmon — cutlets
butter — melted
salt and freshly ground black pepper
1.00 instant sauce — garlic and parsley mix
400.00 g baby potatoes

Method:

Set grill on high. Place salmon cutlets on a buttered baking sheet, brush with melted butter and season. Grill for 20 minutes, or until flesh can be pulled away from the bone.
Prepare sauce according to packet instructions. Pour over salmon and potatoes.
Serve with a salad made from sliced tomatoes, sliced red onion, blanched green beans and a dressing of your choice.
