Ingredients (4)

2.00 prickly pears
8.00 prosciutto — slices
50.00 g goat's milk cheese
0.00 freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Peel and halve the prickly pears, then cut into quarters.
Wrap each wedge with a slice of prosciutto and top with a teaspoon of goat’s milk cheese.
Place under a hot grill until the cheese has slightly melted, about five minutes.
Add black pepper and serve immediately.
