Grilled pawpaw salad

Method

 
Melt butter and honey in a frying pan, add pawpaw and cook on a low heat for a couple of minutes on both sides. Add the walnuts.

To serve:
Pile or arrange the pawpaw, walnuts, Parma ham, watercress, and blue cheese onto a platter. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
