Grilled mussels

Ingredients

    mussels on the half shell
  • 2
    garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 15
    ml
    butter, melted
  • 15
    ml
    olive oil
  • 15
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 3
    ml
    salt
  • 5
    ml
    finely chopped oregano
  • 1
    ml
    lemon pepper
 

Method

about 5 minutes
 
Preheat the oven grill.
Arrange the mussels in an oven pan.
Blend the remaining ingredients and sprinkle a little of the mixture over each mussel.
Grill for five minutes or until done.
Serve as part of a Meze platter.
