Grilled honey figs

  • 60
    ml
    honey
  • 15
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 8
    ripe figs
  • 15
    ml
    butter
 

Method

 
Preheat grill. Mix together honey and lemon juice. Halve figs and toss them in honey mixture. Dot butter on top and place under grill. Grill for 5 minutes, or until figs are slightly caramelised and oozing with delicious juices. Serve hot or warm with biscotti.
