Ingredients (5)

1.00 kg hake fillets
lemon juice
60.00 g butter — melted
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
paprika

Method:

1. Place fish in an ovenproof dish, not on a rack, and brush with lemon juice and butter. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with paprika.
2. Preheat oven to 250 ºC, then change oven setting to grill and wait for the element to become red hot.
3. Place fish under the grill, as close as possible without touching, and close the oven door to keep the heat in.
4. Grill until fish is brown, about 3 minutes.
5. Turn fish carefully and season as for the first side. Grill for a further 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
