Grilled corn on the cob

  • 4
    whole mealies, with husks (corn on the cobs)
  • CHILLI BUTTER
  • 100
    g
    butter, softened
  • 1
    medium chilli, finely chopped
  • 30
    ml
    lemon juice
 

Method

 
CHILLI BUTTER: Combine all ingredients well. Carefully pull back husks from mealies and remove silks. Pull husks back over mealies. Place on grid and braai, not too close to coals, turning frequently so they don't burn. After 30 minutes, remove from fire and peel away husks. Spread with chilli butter.
