Ingredients (8)

90 g chicken breast fillets — grilled
1 cup lettuce — romaine
tomatoes — chopped
green pepper — chopped
carrots — medium, chopped
3 Tbs salad dressing — reduced oil
1 Tbs parmesan cheese — grated
1 Tbs flaxseed — ground

Method:

Chop the chicken into small pieces.
Mix all the ingredients together and chill.


Make it a meal
: Add one cup cooked quinoa, mixed with torn basil leaves.
