Grilled calamari steaks

Ingredients

  • 200
    g
    calamari steaks
  • 1
    chilli finely cut
  • 15
    ml
    olive oil
  • 1
    juice of a lemon
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
 

Method

6 mins
 
Cut carefully diagonally across the calamari steaks. Do not cut straight through. Heat oil and butter in a pan. Fry chilli for 30 sec and then the steaks for 2min on both sides. Add salt and pepper to taste and lemon juice.
