Grilled baby marrows

    very firm baby marrows
  • olive oil
  • salt and milled pepper
 

Method

 
Cut unpeeled baby marrows lengthways into thin strips. Place under a preheated grill for a few seconds. Arrange on a serving platter. Season, then sprinkle liberally with oil.
