  • 6
    plums, halved
  • 1/4
    cup
    dark brown (treacle) sugar
  • TOPPING:
  • 3
    boudoir biscuits
  • 1
    Tbs
    coconut
  • 2
    Tbs
    butter, melted
  • honey for drizzling
 

Method

Preheat oven grill; place fruit on a baking tray, sprinkle with brown sugar and grill until golden and bubbly, about 12 min. Remove and allow to cool.

Blitz topping ingredients until smooth; sprinkle over the top of fruit.

To serve:
Serve warm with Greek yoghurt and a drizzle of honey.
