Ingredients

  • 250
    ml
    Sugar syrup: Water
  • 250
    ml
    Sugar
  • 90
    ml
    melon liquer (depending on how sweet you like it)
  • 120
    ml
    white rum
  • 60
    ml
    freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 250
    ml
    soda water
  • 30
    ml
    sugar syrup, to taste
  • 10
    ice cubes
 

Method

To make sugar syrup: Simmer 250 ml sugar with 250ml water for 10-15 minutes, until sugar has dissolved and syrup has reduced. Do not stir. Cool before adding to mixture.

Blend all ingredients together (use a blender if you like the ice crushed). Makes about 700ml.
