Ingredients (7)

100.00 g fresh basil
2.00 garlic — large cloves, crushed
80.00 g pine nuts
250.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
500.00 g spaghetti — cooked
parmesan cheese — for sprinkling

Method:

Remove hard stems from the basil leaves and process the leaves until smooth in a food processor. Add the garlic and pine nuts and process until smooth. Slowly add the olive oil while the food processor is still running. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve with spaghetti or pasta of your choice. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Serves 4-6.
