Green seafood curry

    oil
  • 15

    green curry paste (or more to taste)
  • 1
    can coconut milk
  • 250
    g
    mixed seafood
  • 300
    g
    hake steaks, cubed
  • 15
    ml
    fish sauce
  • 250
    g
    fine green beans, blanched
  • 15
    ml
    freshly chopped coriander or basil
 

Method

10 minutes
 
Heat oil in a large saucepan and fry the curry pste for about one minute.
Add the coconut milk and heat, stirring to combine.
Add the seafood, hake and fish sauce, and simmer for three to five minutes until cooked through.
Add the green beans and herbs and serve with basmati rice or pasta.
